High Abrasion Resistance

1.It has the lowest wearing index among all tubular products.

2.4-10 times higher abrasion resistance than metal tube and other plastic tubes, use life is prolonged.

High Impact Resistance

Anti corrosive tubes impact resistace and absorptive capability is at the top class among plastics. Neither outside impact or inside press can make it craze. Its impact intensity is 10 times of Nylon 66, 20 times of PVC and 4 times of polyethylene. Especially under low temperature,, its impact intensity can achieve maximum.

By the standards, of GBTI 043, no crack in simple supported beam impact test.

Anti-weather and Anti-Aging

Out black anti corrosive tube has excellent capability of anti-weather and anti-aging. On one hand, because of few unsaturated gene in anti corrosive tube molecular chain, large molicular weight, on the other hand, because of high quality modifying agent are appended, anti corrosive tube has longer use life than common polythylene tubular products. It can still have 70% of its mechanical property after 60 years using.
